Privacy Notice
Effective date: June 11, 2026
This notice explains how Clinical Trials Consultation Club Corporation (4Cs) handles information submitted through this website.
Public website limits
This website is for business inquiries and project-level discussion only. Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, source documents, complete protocols, confidential trial strategy, vendor proposals, or other sensitive program materials through the public website or an unsecured email draft.
Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to provide by email or through an enabled contact form, such as your name, work email, company, role, and project-level inquiry. Public website inquiries should remain project-level only. Please do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, source documents, confidential protocols, controlled sponsor materials, or other sensitive personal information through the public website.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and security
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, email, security monitoring, analytics, document management, and business operations. Public website inquiry channels are not a secure protocol, source-document, or sensitive-data exchange portal. Sensitive trial materials should be exchanged only after the appropriate confidentiality agreement and transfer method are agreed.
HIPAA, GDPR, and sensitive project materials
4Cs is building and operating its privacy and security program to support HIPAA business-associate and GDPR processor or controller obligations where they apply. HIPAA business associate agreements, GDPR data-processing terms, standard contractual clauses where needed, access controls, secure exchange methods, retention expectations, and breach or security-notification obligations are defined contractually before sensitive materials are exchanged.
The public website is not a secure intake portal for PHI, patient identifiers, source documents, confidential protocols, or controlled sponsor materials. Prospective clients should use the public website only to share business-contact details and high-level project context until the appropriate confidentiality, privacy, security, and data-processing terms are in place.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business relationship, security, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, or legal requirements. Retention periods may differ for contracted engagements and controlled project records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable obligations and exceptions. Contact [email protected].
Changes
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
